in tilt cylinder continuously and repeatedly alternate, split and
merger; Materials randomly transfer to another area from one area, at the same
time, sliding generate between powders particles, with multiple stacking on space,
particle constantly distribute on the new surface. With shearing,
diffusing and mixing repeatedly, no mixed blind angle is caused.
